There are many sports that you can practice in Molinella and the surrounding area. An indoor pool is open all year round, while in summer an outdoor Olympic size pool is accessible. The stadium has a running track and cycling and you can access the gym and tennis courts. There are areas for shooting, parachuting, and the flying of model airplanes, known to all lovers of these passtimes.
An important dance school, run by world champions, attracts fans from all over Europe and organizes courses at the highest level. The area has wonderful bike trails suitable for both mountain and racing bikes.
A few kilometers from Molinella, the beautiful Golf Club Argenta - halfway between Ferrara and Ravenna, and 40 minutes from the sea - hosted the Emilia Romagna Regional Championships and major tournaments for youth and professionals. Boasts an impressive 18-hole course, surrounded by the Park of the Po Delta, near the natural Oasis of Argenta, called the Sacred Valley.
